Sasha Aquino, who led this research for Project Last Mile in Africa, will represent Olson Zaltman at the awards ceremony.

ZMET research featured at global HIV/AIDS conference

In a partnership with Yale University, Olson Zaltman’s research on perceptions of HIV prevention among young women in eSwatini (formerly Swaziland) will be presented at the 14th International AIDSImpact Conference in London.

The name of the paper is, “Project Last Mile and the Girl Champ brand in eSwatini: A mixed methods evaluation to understand how private sector expertise can promote uptake of HIV prevention services amongst adolescent girls and young women.”

Gerald Zaltman receives Parlin Award

Gerald Zaltman has been named the recipient of the 74th Charles Coolidge Parlin Marketing Research Award, the oldest and most distinguished award in the field. This award is given to leading scholars and practitioners in honor of Charles Coolidge Parlin, who is considered the pioneer of marketing research. He will be honored at the American Marketing Association’s ART Forum, June 12-14 at Brigham Young University.

Our Consumer Neuroscience Officer, Dr. Andrew Baron, will receive the 2018 University of British Columbia Killam Research Prize in recognition of his outstanding research and scholarly contributions. Winners were selected by UBC’s Faculty Research Award Committee, which spans arts and humanities, business, applied science, science, and medicine.
