Dianna is passionate about uncovering the biological, psychological, and sociocultural factors that influence thought and behavior. Before joining Olson Zaltman, she was inspired to pursue her interests through laboratory research in psychology, molecular biology, and behavioral neuroscience.

Dianna received for Bachelor of Science in Psychology, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh, while tirelessly seeking opportunities to satisfy a variety of other interests. In particular, she enjoyed using her love for art and design in marketing on-campus programs during her long-term involvement in Residence Life. Dianna’s design hobbies evolved into a skill that has earned her the reputation of “awesome slide maker” at Olson Zaltman. She is also a freelance designer for the General Robotics, Automation, Sensing, and Perception (GRASP) Lab at the University of Pennsylvania. In her spare time, Dianna enjoys bonding with her pets, biking occasionally, trying new foods, and frequenting local cafés. She is a self-proclaimed tea connoisseur and Olson Zaltman’s in-house tea expert.

Dianna was a speaker at TEDxPittsburgh at the Byham Theater in the Cultural District on June 4th, 2017. You can read more about the topic of her talk here and watch her presentation on YouTube.
